Terms of Service — ManitobaTCG Effective Date: Jan 1, 2025 Welcome to ManitobaTCG. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 1. Use of the Website By using this site, you confirm that: You are at least the age of majority in your province, or you have permission from a legal guardian. You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not attempt to harm, disrupt, or bypass site functionality or security. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. Product Availability & Information Product listings, prices, and stock levels can change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but occasionally errors may occur (pricing, descriptions, images, or availability). If an error leads to an incorrect or unavailable order, we may cancel and refund it. 3. Order Acceptance, Cancellation, Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not constitute acceptance by ManitobaTCG. An automated order acknowledgement, payment authorization, or payment charge does not by itself constitute acceptance of an order. Subject to applicable law, ManitobaTCG reserves the right, in its discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before the order is fulfilled and for any lawful reason. This may include suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, quantity limits, or other operational or legal concerns. If we cancel all or part of an order after receiving payment, we will refund all amounts paid for the cancelled portion, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges that are no longer applicable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Payment-provider or financial-institution processing times may apply. We reserve the right to adjust prices, limit quantities, and correct errors before accepting an order. Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider selected or displayed at checkout. ManitobaTCG does not store complete payment-card details. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law. 4. Shipping Shipping times and rates vary based on the carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our possession, delivery timelines and delays are the responsibility of the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. 5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason unless required by law. If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If we make an error (wrong or missing item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue. 6. Account Responsibility If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 7. Limitation of Liability ManitobaTCG is not liable for: Losses due to shipping delays Damage caused by misuse of products Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Your use of the site is at your own risk. 8. Third-Party Services & Links Our site may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party. 9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the website.
